Delly1's In Global Demand12. January 2017
On the back of a three-year deal as a ‘PEAK Athlete’ and the development of his own signature shoe the ‘Delly1’, the news keeps on getting better for Matthew Dellavedova with the announcement from Chinese footwear and apparel company PEAK that the Delly1 will be offered for sale worldwide, through the PEAK distributor network.
“Originally, the Delly1 was going to be sold primarily in the Australian market but after discussions with PEAK China about the global demand for the shoe and apparel range, we decided to offer it globally” said Greg Bickley, PEAK Sport Australia Managing Director.
“We have worked extremely hard on the development of the Delly1 with Matthew and we can now offer a performance basketball shoe that Matthew is excited to put his name on, and wear with pride in the NBA.”
Through this recent development from PEAK head office, located in China, the Delly1 shoe and apparel range will be offered for sale worldwide, through a distributor network in over 70 countries, including the significant American and European markets, making the Matthew Dellavedova brand and the Delly1 a global name.
“This move has been driven purely by global demand for the products. Matthew has the type of characteristics that people associate with and we are proud to be able to work with him on this and have him represent PEAK throughout the world.”
